History
The land was a large rich farm, with goats, sheep and horses. They made wine, from the two varieties of berries. Farmed corn, grinned on the land by the water wheel, to make bread baked in outside oven, and sold as corn bread.  Also they made cheese. Harvests fruits, nuts and olives and make their own olive oil and chopped their own wood for the fire.
Around the house and the land
The house is on a quite Calder sack, a no through road. Shared with only 2 other houses, one is not habitual.   In a quite tranquil setting, private but no isolated location.  South facing, with amazing views down to the valley. Description of land

The House
All windows and doors are metal squared paneled double glazed, with marble window seals throughout.  Paying special attention to restore the stone work and traditional features throughout the house.
