A Fully renovated rustic house with two floors, near the village of Góis, a few meters from the river Ceira. The entrance is through a private common patio, a carport with a seating area outside and an equipped kitchen inside, the passage to a very comfortable living room with a fireplace, making the central heating throughout the house.
Going up a flight of stairs we reach the top floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The house enjoys good sun exposure with natural light, especially in the bedrooms.
There is a cafe about 100 meters from the house and the city of Coimbra about 35 km away.
There are two very nice river beaches nearby.
