Quinta do Pobereiro is one of the rare yet possible river property to buy along the river Ceira in the heart of the valley of the Açor Mountain. The river houses several species, such as trout, barbell and eel, and there are still otters that swim up and down frequently.

The area of cultivation is extensive and there is also place for raising animals like goats or sheep, and for those who have dogs, this will be their paradise, with plenty of space to run and explore.

There are two villages nearby that have cafes and groceries, bread and other basic necessities.

The larger villages are about 20km away, with a hospital, banks, post office, etc.

The electricity is 500 meters away, and its placement is not very expensive.
