Property in a very excluded village in the protected area of Açor mountain near to the famous Margaraça forest and the Fraga da Pena waterfall in central Portugal. The house sits on a square with other few houses, and has access by tarmac to the house and parking. The exterior color isn’t very attractive, but the inside has been renovated and preserved making it very cozy and in the summer very cool place. For the winter there is also a fireplace that will keep the cold away. The ground floor is composed by a living room used has a bedroom and a dining room where the fireplace is, all renovated with terracotta tiles, and a wood staircase to the living room at the 1st floor. Here there are also 2 other bedrooms, kitchen and toilet with walk-in shower. The house has nice views over the valley and mountains around, and it is close to the famous village of Benfeita, with amenities and shops.
