Not far is the market town of Gois which has full services, including a medical center and school. The local countryside is beautiful and very unspoiled, there are a number of good River Beaches within easy reach, as well as a selection of bars and restaurants.
The historical town of Lousa, with it’s excellent shopping, is less than 30 minutes drive, the city of Coimbra around 45 minutes – the coast is just over an hour away.
This house lends itself to a variety of uses – a small family home – an ideal space for someone looking to downsize – or with it’s easy access to the airports of Porto and Lisbon,  a well located holiday property – it’s got a lot going for it, and is very good value for money.
