Casa da Cidália is a property located in a very quiet and isolated village in the mountains of the Serra do Açor. The village, made up of a small group of houses, is still inhabited by some people who do not leave the countryside, and by others who have come here from elsewhere, because they like the stillness, natural beauty and proximity to nature reserve areas and historical villages.

The property consists of a house made of stone and later rendered, with a color close to rose, another small stone house in stone, both with two floors, the last one used for storage, and a large plot of land with terraces, having the most varied fruit trees already mature and in production, such as fig, lemon, olives, cherry and chestnuts.

The main house has two rooms for storage on the ground floor, and through external stairs we access the second floor, which has an old kitchen, a renovated bathroom, a dining room, a fireplace area and a bedroom. The house also has an attic and a small extension in masonry at the level of the attic, currently used for storage, but it can be converted into a bedroom or another bathroom for example.

The other stone house has wide divisions and can be converted into a living area.

The land and the house are facing east, receiving the morning sun, and with very pleasant views of the valley and mountain.

A few km from the village of Benfeita and the village of Coja, where you will find all services, river beaches, an hour and a half from the city of Coimbra and two and a half hours from the airport of Porto, with some renovation this property can be the ideal vacation retreat to nature, or to live in a peaceful place far away from crowds.
