Villa fully renovated with taste, located about 3km from the village of Góis and 40 minutes from Coimbra.

The house with two floors has on the ground floor a large fitted kitchen and a bedroom. In this floor the floor is tiled, ceilings lined with varnished pine wood, aluminum doors with good insulation. The kitchen is prepared for the installation of a tiled stove.

Also on the ground floor, there is an annex converted into a barbecue room with barbecue and kitchen also equipped.

Beside the house a fenced plot with cemented parking for a car, and an attachment for storage, this can be used as a garage.

Accessing the upper floor of the house, through interior wooden stairs, we find a toilet with shower, a living room and three bedrooms. The rooms are well decorated and pleasant; there is also access from the outside to these rooms through a flight of concrete stairs, with space for a few chairs.

The furniture is almost all included except for a few items.

Good access to the national road 17, to Coimbra, and about 2 minutes’ drive from the river beach.
