Access is by a dirt road in good condition, and there is also an area of forest with trees like pine and other trees for firewood. Spring water runs through this cultivation area, and could be used for human consumption as well as for irrigation. There is a area where it would be possible to built a house, and most of the property faces the river and there are several river beaches along the way. It has one of the most beautiful waterfall and natural pound in the region. The land is suitable for access to caravans or other vehicles, and is also ideal for those wishing to place several tents, yurts or tepees because of its large flat area. It can also be a place for farm animals like horses, alpacas, goats or cows, due to its characteristics. Góis village is 20 km distant with all the amenities, and a local small village 2 Km away with shops.
