Description:
This is a 2.3 acres Farm with spring water for irrigation in Góis council, a property in central Portugal. It has two large pieces of flat land with schist walls around and two water reservoirs. There are also terraces with amazing soil and fruit trees, including olive, apple, walnut, chestnut, peach, vines, pines, and mimosa. There are three old stone buildings, two in ruins, and one still in good condition, which can be extended and connected with another one making a good living area. The water runs all year round, and at the end of the land there is a pond.
The access is made by a fixed and new dirt track that any car can drive along and a tractor can be used to access the agricultural land. There is a nearby village about 1km away with a river beach and bars. More amentiies are in Góis, which is 5 minutes away.
