In front of the house there is a plot of land with olive trees and some fruit trees, a sitting area lined with shingle tiles, and following this there is a pedestrian path that leads to the guest house, with many traditional features, namely ceilings In wood with exposed bars, consisting of a living room with kitchenette on the ground floor and a flight of stairs in schist stone to a room on the top floor, also with lots of outside light, and a toilet with sliding wooden doors, as if it was a wardrobe, lined with tiled floor with shower. This floor also has access by external stairs. Around this house there is a land with flat area, with mature trees, such as the loquat, spring water and a small reservoir.

Within a short distance, a storage house also with land below belongs to this set, which can also be converted into habitation in the future, if there is interest.

Together, the land amounts to an area of 24,540 m2, about 6 Acres, in which there are pine forests, olive trees, farmland and fruit trees.

At 5 km there are villages with cafes and restaurants, and the village of Góis at 15 km with all services.
