Description:
A wonderful and large quinta in the mountains, with plenty of water close to a little village in Arganil council in central Portugal. There are 2 sheds in reasonable condition which could be turned in to a beautiful house, and 2 flat and large bottom terraces which are fenced and can provide food for a big family, also possible to grow animals (goats, pigs and others), various kinds of fruit trees, has olives, chestnut, cherry’s, apple, pear and others. There are 2 water reservoirs and water mine that provide water in abundance all year round, and there are other terraces on both sides going up the mountain. The access is made by a dirt track in good condition, cars and caravans can park just below the sheds. The farm is south facing and benefit from sun exposure all day long making it a very warm and cozy place even in the winter being one of the best places to go off grid. The river Ceira is also close by with their magnificent river beaches, and there are shops in the village close by.
