This veranda joins on to the 3-storeyed house, which has both internal and external stairs. The upper store opens on to a spacious terraced area. On this floor there is a bedroom and another room with wood floors and ceilings, a wooden staircase up to an attic, and a long living-room with 3 windows giving plenty of natural light. Stairs lead down to the first floor, where there is a living-room and 2 bedrooms, and a door opening on to a veranda that links to the other part of the property. The river Alva is just 500m from the property, there are cafés in the village, and all the amenities of Arganil are just 8km distance.
