House of two floors for renovation in Vila Nova de Poiares area with good access to the city of Coimbra. The house is located outside the village, in a peaceful area and has an attachment with shed, and a small shed for storage in brick. The house is not yet comfortable to live, but offers numerous possibilities to put divisions because the 1st floor is wide, and the second floor may have different divisions. At the moment there is a room with one bed, living room and kitchen area and ground-floor has a good wood stove and good exterior doors. The land has some area of cultivation, some pine, olive and fig trees.
