A paved road separates the house in ruins from the land below, which has a farming area of flat land, and many terraces on the slopes. Numerous fruit trees are near the agriculture land, and other type of trees like the cork oak that dominate the slopes. A stream runs throughout the year bringing plenty of water. From the back of the lot to the river are 200 meters distance, and the shops of the village at the same distance. Access to the house is by paved road, and pedestrian access to land. The village of Gois is distant 20 minutes with all services.
