Quinta Pinheiro de jardim is a Villa with large garden painted with bright colors located between Arganil and Coja with good access and some privacy about 80 metres the tar road. The space and its surroundings are very attractive, the house is spacious and has two bedrooms with excellent views of the garden and the valley, one of them has it’s own balcony. With only one floor, an open space composed of three areas, a living a dining area and a kitchen with a counter.
Natural light is one of the house advantages it has many large windows allowing the morning sun penetrate the spacious rooms which itself already have light colors. There is also a balcony that accompanies the entire front of the house that is targeted at the large green space front that has little or no slope. The garden has grapevines and fruit trees, and a small stream at the bottom which runs when the weather is not dry. There is plenty of room to keep a few animals such as chickens and maybe a few goats.
The house is heated by two wood stoves, one in the living room and the other close to the bedrooms and bathroom. There is a bath and shower in the bathroom. There is access to the garden from the terrace by steps.
