For anyone thinking about a holiday property, there is easy road access to the airports of Porto and Lisbon, main line rail services at Coimbra, and the Spanish ferry ports of Bilbao and Santander are well within a day’s drive.
The sale price is 68,000 euros, however, the current owner is willing to consider a long term rental agreement – minimum of 6 months, at 700 euros per month, to include water and electricity, an arrangement which could be extended by negotiation.
