Description:
Very beautiful farm facing south with a special microclimate that allows the planting of banana trees. The farmhouse is located in the council of Arganil, composed of several hillside terraces with olive trees and other fruit trees, a stone building with fantastic views over the valley. At the bottom of the farm there are three large flat plots of cultivation, with water from a stream running all year round for watering, banana trees and many quality grape vines. There are two access dirt roads, one of them by the top and another by the bottom of the property accessible by a normal vehicle.
There is a spring with a water mine next to the building with water all year round.
This farm is very isolated, with no neighbors in the surrounding areas, with a lot of privacy and a village with several shops just 2 km away.
