Spacious farmhouse well located in the center of Portugal with more than 2.5ha of land, cozy house and workshop with places for animals. All the rooms are spacious , a lounge on the ground floor with a huge terrace in front, a bathroom and then corridors lined with blue and white tile with the wooden door frames to stand out, with tiled floor. We entered a room en-suite all in white and very simplistic with wardrobe, its bathroom also with the whole white color, an office, and a kitchen equipped with fireplace. After we walk around the house, an arched entrance to a living room with white flooring likes the rest. On the upper floor we also have another kitchen with a marquee, a large living room with fireplace and two other bedrooms with a bathroom. (Pictures by request)

The views are excellent to the land full of fruit trees of many varieties, watered by a water mine.

The workshop / garage has plenty of space for cars, with metal gates with insulated sandwich roofing, and the lower part composed by a large cellar and corrals for animals.

In addition to these features, there is also a wooden chicken house with a fence around it, and a gazebo with water at the top of the land.

Access to the house is by a dirt road in good condition for about 300 meters. Both the buildings and the land extend in an area in little slopes and facing south with optimal sun exposure.

The farm is about 4km from Figueiró of the wines and 8km from Pedrógão Grande where you can find all services. Good access to Lisbon and Porto
