The neighborhood is quiet and although integrated in the Historic Center, has abundant light. In the courtyard there is a vine that gives delicious white grapes and cool shade in the summer. At about 2 km is the Nautical Club and Albufeira do Maranhão (it’s a beautiful walk or bike ride).
