Small farm on the edge of the river Ceira with agriculture land, olive trees and other fruit trees, with plenty of water from a stream for irrigation. The land is terraced in schist slate and has a larger part of the land, the “lameiro” with a small pond from the stream. The land has also hill side with pine forest and an area of almost 5000 m2.
It has a 2 story stone house with about 50m2 per story with views over the river and access is made by a dirt road in reasonable conditions, and you need a car with traction to go close to the house.
There is a small village about 500 m away and another village with cafes and restaurants about 2 km away.
