Excellent family house located in a typical village in central Portugal. The house has all the conditions for a comfortable stay, plenty of natural light and great views. Consisting of 2 floors and an attic, the house has large rooms painted in different shades giving a very particular taste to this holiday home that reveals colors that are bright and cheerful.

Its entrance is through a nice hall with equipped kitchen and dining room with connection between these, and a toilet of service. The room already has pleasant views to the village and valley given the advantage of the high point where it is. A flight of marble stairs take you to the 1st floor, with a nice connecting area to the other rooms, 3 bedrooms in this case and two small living areas. One of the bedrooms is quite spacious with warm colors and two of them enjoy views through wide windows. The other room also did not run out of natural light with a skylight allowing daylight to enter. All windows are double glazed and in aluminum with shutters

The spiral iron stairs leading to the attic are in a small dispensary that also serves for storage. The attic floor is in floating wood, very spacious and wide, with the ends used as storage.

The views are also privileged here and you can see the valley of the river Ceira that has 3 river beaches 1km away.

The nearest village is 19 km away with all services such as supermarket, banks, doctors, pharmacy and several restaurants and cafes.

Also in the village of the house there is a cafe with a grocery store.
