Description:
Excellent farm with a large area of land in a very peaceful area near Góis in central Portugal. The property would be ideal either for a permaculture, self-sufficiency project or for use in commercial production. Access is by a good dirt road. The property is composed of agricultural land of close to 5000m2 in central and west-facing side terraces, a large forested area and a xisto ruin for restoration with good walls. There is a spring on the property with a water tank for irrigation, and a stream that runs all year in the valley where the property is situated. Above the property there is also a natural swimming pool formed by an old mill race, and there are several river beaches nearby in the Ceira Valley. The village of Cabreira, where there is a restaurant and café, is within 10 minutes’ drive of the property, and all the amenities of Góis are within 20 minutes’ drive.
