The farm has an ancient roman road (you can steel see the wheel tracks) and 3 ruins.
The best thing about it is that even if you have a small budget you’ll find ruins in different states that will allow you to rebuild them as your possibilities.
The spring water is clean and you’ll manage to have it at your place by gravity for domestic consumption.
You are 10 minute walk away from the small village with stunning surroundings and extremely friendly and simple people.
There are some amazing secret spots where you can swim in the river (but you will have to find them yourself if you’re an adventurer kind of person, and that’s one of the beauties of living in a place like this).
You are also 20 min away from Góis, the main village of the region, where you’ll find all services (schools, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, etc).
