Beautiful Farm located in the area of Arganil with fantastic views over the Ceira river valley composed of several terraces with fruit trees, water rights of a well for irrigation, and a building restored for storage. Access from the tar is only 200 meters on dirt road, in good condition, and the village center is only 500 meters. The village has a cafe and several vehicles of groceries, bread and fish visit the village several times a week. A river Ceira beach is about 2km away.
The village of Arganil is about 20 minutes by car where you will have all the amenities.
