Farm with around 1Ha in the Arganil area with two small houses, water spring with 3 wells and views of the Açor valley.
The farm, accessible via a dirt road, is made up of around eight agricultural terraces, three spring water reservoirs that run all year round, and two small schist stone houses. The house above was recently renovated, with a high ceiling, two floors and a type of sandwich roof.
The house below still has its roof and is in reasonable condition, with two floors as well.
Other terraces further south on the property have water from another spring and there is never a lack of water on the property.
The farm is somewhat isolated, with no direct or nearby neighbors, it also has a forest area, with pine trees, strawberry trees, and some fruit trees on the terraces, such as lemon, fig, apple, etc.
The village is 1 km away with a café and grocery store, a restaurant and in summer, a swimming pool with a bar open to the public.
The nearest Town is approximately 16 km away, with all services and amenities.
The nearest airport is in Porto and is less than two hours away.
